New to the area... glad I found Dr. Kestner!

I recently moved from Los Angeles to Murfreesboro, TN. I have been a long time advocate of the benefits of chiropractic and acupuncture. For the past 25+ years I have been seeing the same chiropractor and acupuncturist.

I honestly was fearful that leaving Los Angeles I would be unable to find comparable care to what I had been receiving all these years (not that anyone could replace Dr. Ira Schneider or Dr. LeRoy Griggs).

In the process of our move, I injured both ribs.  As I reached into the moving van I heard 2 popping sounds.

In agony, I Googled and found Dr. Mark Kestner. I booked an appointment and saw him the very same day. His office staff, Laci and Kristina are wonderful. I immediately liked Dr. Kestner's manner and it put me at ease. I can honestly say that he has made my recovery quite speedy. Usually rib injuries take 4 to 8 weeks, depending upon the severity of the injury. It has been 2 weeks and the pain has lessened substantially, and I know I'm on the road to recovery.

Initially, we booked my appointments in advance, with 2 per week. But after my last appointment Dr. Kestner felt he only needed to see me once a week, because I was improving so rapidly. I attribute this directly to his care.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kestner to anyone who has any type of ailment, ache, pain, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, etc.

Chiropractic/acupuncture can work wonders on just about anything!! What are you waiting for??

Acupuncture treatment for Allergies was Amazing

A friend recommended acupuncture as a treatment for allergies. I suffer with this every Spring, as do so many people. This year seemed to be worse than most and nasal sprays and antihistamines weren't doing the trick. After spending days of sneezing and watery eyes, I decided to give it a try.

I must admit to being apprehensive. This, combined with a general fear of needles made this not an easy decision.

The staff was very kind and the office was relaxing. Dr. Kestner explained the process as well as the expected results. I must admit to being a doubter and saw this procedure as more of a last ditch effort for relief. After the first few minutes, I actually did begin to notice the difference and by the end of the procedure, I was able to breath! My eyes cleared as did my sinus.

If you live in the Murfreesboro area and want to give acupuncture a try, I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Kestner!

Excruciating Neck Pain

"I began treatment with Dr. Kestner for excruciating neck pain. 

Prior to starting treatment with Dr. Kestner I had tried 3 1/2 months of physical therapy, exercises, hot and cold packs, and a lot of Aleve.

After undergoing the treatment process (with Dr. Kestner) I now have no pain in my neck!

The office is a very comfortable place to be.  Kristina and Laci, the office staff, are so friendly and helpful.
